Cold beer & good food

We went in to Loonatics for drinks and dinner despite the horrible reviews we've heard all over town about the place. It took over 20 minutes to get acknowledged by the owners/bartenders before we could even get a drink because they were too busy talking to each other and their friends. Crude language and gross conversations that could be heard across the bar. We finally got served as we got up to leave... After FINALLY getting served drinks we watched them completely over serve multiple shots to a group of extremely drunk people. Even after one of the group went outside to puke all over someone's car and another passed out on the bar while other customers took pictures and laughed with the owners. Disgusting abuse of their role as a bartender/owner. Horrible customer service. Expensive drinks.. a tall double rail whisky is $7.50!!! We won't be back and I encourage everyone else to stay away from this disgusting place!

The bartender was very observant to the needs of the guests. We were only there for a bit, but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Clean, fun and great bar food!

The food was great, the waitress was very nice and knowledgeable, servered in a timely manner.

Was terrible showed up at noon when they opened and wouldn’t let me in, made eye contact with a worker inside still wouldn’t let me in and wait for 5 more minutes before going somewhere else, triple c cafe was delicious

They were out of oranges and lettuce when we went. Food was good besides all that. Be cautious of the loonatics wing sauce.

Nice modern sports bar

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. There was no room at the bar so we sat in the back knowing there was no table service, which we were ok with. After ordering it look over 40 minutes to get our food. Maybe being new they need to work out the bugs, but 1st experience not so good. Typical bar food.

Great environment and hospitality. The food was quickly served after ordering and they have an awesome shot menu that hits every sweet tooth dessert craving you may have!!! I will be stopping here everytime I come into town.

Great investment

Came with a party of 9 at noon. Doors were locked. Person setting up the bar saw us through the window, yet ignored us and wouldn’t answer the phone. We waited 5-10 mins more, they finally answered the phone saying they’re running a little behind. Wouldn’t have taken much effort to acknowledge us from the beginning, but instead we took our business elsewhere.

Always a good time, excellent apps, haven't tried the food yet. Ask for SaM, always a great smile 😁

always finding new novelty items when we visit. Josh was a great host while we watched the Brewers beat the Cubs - came back a couple days later and the magic was gone.....

Loonatics has an awesome atmosphere and friendly staff. The staff take the time to talk with you and the apps are delicious, to say the least! A definite stop each time I come to the NorthWoods. Sam and Karen are the best.

Good food and service

Good service and food. Only got appetizers but I'd happily go back for dinner some night. Plenty of space and the staff was very helpful.

Pretty dope place, came thru to play some pool and thats about it. Had a good time, try it out!

Fantastic food!! Try the funnel fries, cowboy burger or pizzas..all delicious. Great atmosphere and attentive bartenders!

Sam is great!

Today was our 4th trip here. Nice establishment, very clean and nice decor. We had a few beers, good service and clientele. The poor review from a few days ago doesn't seem to be credible to me.

OK food, the atmosphere is a bit loud and echo's when there is not alot of people in the bar, otherwise is a nice clean place

Josh the bartender did a great job by himself during an extremely busy time. Excellent drinks and service, place was packed, very happy customers!!!

Ordered beer battered cheese curds which were outstanding!! Had the toasted Hot Ham & Swiss cheese sandwich which came on an amazing bun. Also had the All American Burger served on an extremely delicious bun!! The drinks were poured very generous and the service was outstanding!! I highly recommend going there and giving it a try, you will not be disappointed!!

Super place to play games, drink & eat! Best baked beans ever!!

Place looks nice..people were nice...food was good, but took FOREVER To come! Other customers were complaining also about the wait on the food. The owner/waitresses didn't jump in to help the cook or apologize for the wait..kept saying it's coming soon.

Food was tasty, had chicken wings and 12 in pizza. Service was good. Prices a bit high.

What a great place. Had dinner/cocktails there yesterday everything was delicious. Went back tonight had some drinks. Definitely a place to enjoy a night out.
